1. The subject of the contract is the performance of maintenance services in the field of maintaining technical and operational efficiency of the property built in Międzyrzecz and Zielona Góra. 2. The contract was divided into two tasks: Task 1 - Międzyrzecz, Task 2 - Zielona Góra. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annexes 2A and 2B to the SWZ to the extent appropriate to each task. 4.
