Description

Archival processing services of documents created at the level of Brasov City Hall, digitization and storage. Award of a framework agreement on services of archival processing of documents created at the level of Brasov City Hall, digitization and storage for a period of 48 months, on the basis of which subsequent contracts will be awarded for services of archival processing, digitization, electronic archiving, storage and related services related to documents created and held by Brasov City Hall. This Framework Agreement shall be concluded without reopening of competition with a single economic operator, on the basis of which one or more separate subsequent contracts shall be awarded, as necessary. In accordance with Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the contracting authority is to set a time limit within which it is to ensure a clear and complete response to tenderers’ requests for clarification/additional information as follows: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders/candidates is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
