TenneT Offshore GmbH requires a permanent increase in the existing sleeping and living accommodation on the offshore converter platforms HelWin1, SylWin1 and DolWin3 in order to carry out maintenance work. This increase in the number of 'Persons on Board' (POB) is to be achieved by installing 'Modular Living Quarters' (MLQs). These MLQs will be installed at a dedicated location on the platform deck. The MLQs shall be designed for a lifespan of at least 15 years. TenneT is looking for reliable, trustworthy and highly professional partner. Award criteria Weighing: Technical concept: 35 % Price: 35 % Contractual conditions: 25 % HSE 5 % Number of candidates invited to participate in the negotiations: 3 The selection of the candidates to be invited for negotiations after the submission of offers will be based on the above mentioned award criteria. The evaluation of the subsequently finalized bids for the contract award will also be based on the above award criteria. In order to protect the confidentiality of the information provided by the client in the tender documents, it is mandatory to conclude a confidentiality agreement as per "T106275_NDA.docx" document provided for download (see below).
