Description

Acquisition of 16 pieces - "UAV systems with electric propulsion, highly integrated hardware and software system", according to the technical specifications provided in the tender specifications, within the project "Monitoring and Control Equipment for the National Environmental Guard", within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2020 – 2026.
The project <>, financed under the NATIONAL REDRESS AND RESISTANCE PLAN 2020–2026, PILLAR I “GREEN TRANSITION”, WASTE MANAGEMENT COMPONENT, REFORM R1. Improving waste management governance to accelerate the transition to the circular economy, Investment I.3 “Development of institutional capacities for public monitoring and control for waste management and pollution prevention”, Sub-investment I.3.a>> aims, through the Commissioners of the National Environmental Guard, to increase the traceability of waste, to ensure greater visibility in the real transport of waste and, implicitly, to reduce the quantities of waste illicitly transported and/or abandoned in nature, thus directly reducing the negative impact of waste on the environment and the health of the population.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18.
