Description

Im Innovationsquartier ehemalige Prinz Leopold Kaserne in Regensburg soll für den ersten Entwicklungsabschnitt zur Versorgung von Wohn- Gewerbe- und einem Schulgebäude, eine Energiezentrale mit zugehöriger Wärme- und Stromverteilung entwickelt werden. Diese Ausschreibung umfasst die Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppe 2 und 8, Leistungsphasen 2 bis 9 gemäß §§ 53 ff. i.V.m. Anlage 15 HOAI für die Dezentralen Technikräume der Wärmeverteilung. Dies beinhaltet u.a. Planung der Wärmeübergabestation, Wärmeerzeuger, Wärmespeicher und weiteren technischen Komponenten der Heizungsanlage, sowie der MSR-Technik. Die Beauftragung des Auftragnehmers erfolgt stufenweise.
