Description

Leistungen der TGA HLS der Anlagengruppen 1-3, 7 und 8 für die LP 1-9 nach § 55 HOAI für den Erweiterungsbau (EB) der forensischen Psychiatrie des BK Bayreuth:
Die Forensik des BK Bayreuth soll in einem 5. BA in Anbindung an den Bestand erweitert werden. Zur Vorbereitung des Baufeldes sind 3 Gebäude abzubrechen. Die Vorgaben der BauRL-MRV (Stand 25.4.2018) sind zu beachten. Nach S und W dürfen wg. der Nähe zur Allg. Psych. für die Sicherungsmaßn. im Außenbereich k. Zäune vorgesehen werden. Teil der Maßn. sind die Schaffung einer 2. Sicherheitszentrale als barrierefreier Hauptzugang u. die Integration der forens. Ambulanz. Weiter ist die Verlagerung der vorh. Gärtnerei auf ein angrenz. Grundstück u. direkte Anbindung an den EB zu beachten. Das Sicherungskonzept sowie die Erschließung des EB sind als ganzheitl. Konzepte mit Einbindung des Bestandes zu entwickeln. Das Raumprogramm sieht eine Nutzfläche von rd. 1 500 m2 vor. Das Baufeld für die Maßn. umfasst eine Fläche von rd. 1,5 ha.
