The purpose of this framework agreement is to transform the sludge from the waste water treatment plant (STEU) of the Community of Communes of the Guebwiller Region (CCRG) and the green waste collected as a voluntary contribution in the waste disposal sites of Soultz, Buhl and Soultzmatt into standard compost NFU 44-095 and NFU 44-051 and to supply NFU 44-051 compost in bulk and packaged form.
