Description

The object of the contract is the digital preservation and protection of the artistic archive of Kostas Tsoklis, as well as its promotion through the design and development of a series of actions that will make it known and accessible to the wider public. In particular, it is planned to: a) digitisation/photographing of approximately 1500 works of art (paintings, sculptures, installations, etc.), b) digitisation/scanning of 500 drawings, digitisation of 7000 photographs and other printed archival material, c) digitisation of 60 catalogues of works of art by Kostas Tsoklis (100 pages on average/catalogue), and d) digitisation of a rare edition of the Odyssey where Kostas Tsoklis has visually intervened (approximately 385 pages). In addition, the Contractor is obliged to install and host the applications and material of the project, in a facility under his responsibility or in a special data hosting center (host center) at no additional cost to the entity for at least five (5) years from the date of receipt of the project. After that, the contractor is obliged to migrate the application to the Digital Data Center that will be indicated to him.
