Description

De UM is voornemens om de aanschaf, levering en installatie van een PromethION 24 A Series Starter Pack enkelvoudig onderhands te gunnen. Voor gedetailleerde informatie zie bijlage. Indien u zich tegen de voorgenomen contractering wenst te verzetten, dient een kort gedingprocedure aanhangig te worden gemaakt bij de rechtbank Limburg locatie Maastricht binnen 20 kalenderdagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging op straffe van verval van recht de geldigheid en/of uitvoering van deze voorgenomen overeenkomst aan te tasten. In het belang van een snelle en goede voortgang wordt u verzocht de UM op de hoogte te stellen van het gebruik van een rechtsmiddel, bij voorkeur door een concept dagvaarding te sturen binnen tien (10) kalenderdagen na verzending van de kennisgeving via claudie.abbink@maastrichtuniversity.nl.
