Description

UWV is looking for one Contractor who can handle applications in full from the process of application to invoicing for all hiring and services such as services, self-employed assignments and outsourcing of work (non-IV related). The future Contractor receives the application, checks whether this application is in accordance with UWV (hiring) policy and relevant legislation, looks for suitable candidates/suppliers (opens the market), proposes suitable candidates/suppliers to the applicant, contracts the candidate/party selected by UWV (based on intervention if applicable) and invoices UWV. Management information is provided periodically throughout the process. During the placement of a candidate or performance of the service, the Contractor will continue to monitor whether the placement is compliant with UWV (hiring) policy and relevant legislation and will (if necessary) make appropriate interventions. The Contractor provides solicited and unsolicited advice on the entire process. The total assignment (services provided by the future contractor including the underlying further assignments carried out via the future contractor) has been estimated at €110 million excluding VAT.
