Furnizarea si livrarea de bitum rutier fierbinte tip 50/70
Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare în legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, cu respectarea termenului limita, respectiv 17 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare au fost adresate de catre operatorii economici in termenul prevazut, raspunsul autoritatii contractante va fi transmis in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
