The subject of this public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the supply and installation of electronic heat load distributors, cold and hot water meters with remote reading of data without the need to enter residential or non-residential premises, as well as the supply and installation of data transmission equipment with the possibility of a minimum monthly reading and subsequent billing of heat consumption between consumers. The subject of the public contract deals with the complete replacement of existing water meters cold sanitary water (hereinafter referred to as SUV) and hot sanitary water (hereinafter referred to as TUV) and the replacement of indicators of heat cost distributors (hereinafter referred to as IRTN) for remotely readable, in accordance with the applicable legislation, including accessories ensuring the transmission of the necessary data in residential and non-residential buildings owned by the statutory city of Frýdek-Místek. There are 59 buildings (apartments approx. 1300, non-apartments approx. 300). In total, there are currently 1595 SUV water meters, 1267 TUV water meters and 3401 IRTNs, see Annex ‘List of buildings to replace IRTN, SUV water meters and TUV’. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the number of supply points during the duration of the service under the same contractual conditions. The contractor will also hand over meter readings from SUV and TUV water meters to the contracting authority as a basis for billing water consumption to individual consumers within the agreed deadline. The contractor will also create and operate a web portal to view the consumption of heat and water, which will be accessible to both the contracting authority and the final consumers of heat and water. Heat and water consumption will be updated on the web portal at least once a month in accordance with the applicable legislation.
