Description

The new "Jugendanstalt Hamburg" is to be built at the location of the Billwerder prison in Hamburg-Billwerder. The area required for the project is partly covered by undeveloped land lying on the current premises of the Billwerder prison and partly by the addition of land originally used for agriculture adjacent to the south-east. In the course of preliminary measures, the existing wall was demolished and extended by the site of the future youth institution.
