Description

The district of Nienburg/Weser is planning the construction of a fire brigade technical headquarters (FTZ) in the commercial area of the village of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe. It is a replacement for the existing FTZ in the Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The spatial programme includes approx. 8,200 m ² usable areas, as well as approx. 9,140 m ² outdoor areas – movement and practice areas. For this purpose, a 3.4 ha site is available. The tendered services include: The parts of the building are a fire brigade training tower. Supports carrier HEB 200 to 300 approx.: 23 t. Supports carrier HEA 200 to 400 approx.: 13.5 t. Supports carrier UPE 180; 220 approx.: 8.5 t. Headboards Rectangular tubes Fasteners etc. approx. 3.4 t. Grids in different dimensions approx. 175 m2. Stairway 18 Stairways with U-bars and grating steps/podiums incl. stair railings. Climbing ladder: 1 piece.
