F-Évreux: repair and maintenance services of central heating
This contract is awarded in accordance with the open invitation to tender procedure in accordance with Articles 10, 33, 40-iii-2°, 57, 58, 59 and 77 of the Public Procurement Code on account of the calculation of the thresholds with the 14 lots relating to the maintenance of heating installations notified in November 2010. The subject of this consultation is the maintenance of heating and other technical installations (air conditioning, ventilation and hot water production) at the Rougemare site owned by the Department of the Town. This contract consists of one lot: — lot 15: maintenance of heating and other technical installations (air conditioning, ventilation and hot water production) at the Rougemare site.
This lot will be covered by a fixed part and a variable part defined as follows:
Fixed part: operation and maintenance of heating and other technical installations (fixed price P2). This part corresponds to the performance by the Contractor of the services specified in Article 2.2 of the Special Administrative Provisions for an annual flat-rate amount,
— Variable part: non-flat-rate ‘P2’ services.
In accordance with Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code, the variable part takes the form of an order form (framework agreement within the meaning of Community law) concluded without a minimum or maximum amount. The order forms will be issued as needs arise. For information only, the average annual amount of orders placed on the Rougemare site is EUR 3 000 (net of tax). The contract shall enter into force on the date of acknowledgement of receipt of its notification for a period of one year. The contract may be renewed, by express decision of the competent authority of the contracting authority, up to a maximum of three (3) renewals for a period of twelve months (12) each.
