Hankinnan kohteena on Etelä-Savon hyvinvointialueen tili- ja maksuliikepalvelut sekä sosiaalihuollon tilit. Hankinta koostuu kahdesta eri osa-alueesta, joista tehdään toisistaan irralliset sopimukset saman palveluntuottajan kanssa. Osa-alue 1. Pankkipalvelut, sisältäen tilit ja maksuliikenteen Osa-alue 2. Hyvinvointialueen sosiaalihuollon tilit. Kilpailutuksessa valitaan yksi palveluntuottaja kahden vuoden määräaikaiselle sopimuskaudelle.
