Description

Die Stadt Königstein im Taunus plant die Instandhaltung der Burgruine in Königstein im Taunus.
Die Ruine ist eine der größten Festungsanlagen in Deutschland und zeigt noch heute Wehrbautechnik vom frühen 12. bis zum 18. Jahrhundert.
Die Burg ist ganzjährig für Besucher geöffnet. Sowohl der Burgturm als auch die meisten Keller sind zugänglich.
Die Gesamtkosten der Instandhaltungsmaßnahme werden derzeitig auf ca. 12 Mio. EUR netto (Kgr. 200-700, DIN 276) geschätzt.
Es wird von einer ca. 7-jährigen Dauer der Arbeiten (ca. 2 Jahr Planung und ca. 5 Jahre Ausführung) ausgegangen.
Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) zu beauftragen:
— Tragwerksplanung,
— Leistungsphasen 1-6 gemäß §§ 49 ff. HOAI.
