Wchodząca w zakres przedmiotu zamówienia usługa zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa terenu chronionego, mienia i osób na nim przebywających polega m.in. na całodobowym działaniu mającym na celu zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa życia, zdrowia i nietykalności osobistej oraz działaniu zapobiegającym przestępstwom i wykroczeniom przeciwko mieniu, a także przeciwdziałaniu powstania szkody wynikającej z tych zdarzeń oraz niedopuszczeniu do wstępu osób nieuprawnionych na teren chroniony, na zasadach określonych w Ustawie o ochronie osób i mienia.
