Description

The subject of the contract is the execution of water works. - can., gaz. and c. o. impossible to plan in the resource of the Municipality of Siemianowice Śląskie The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No 3 to the SWZ – Bill of Quantities and the STWiORB. In the case of using one of the types of works indicated in the cost estimates while not using another type of works, the Proceedings Manager allows changing the estimated quantities listed in the Contractor's quotation cost estimate by changing the quantities within individual types of works (cost estimates items), while maintaining the gross unit prices (specified in the quotation cost estimate) and not exceeding the maximum gross contract value specified in the submitted offer and the concluded contract. The change made by the Proceedings Manager will not constitute the basis for the Contractor's claims. The person conducting the proceedings informs that unforeseen works may occur during the term of the contract, in which case the Contractor will apply rates and mark-ups in accordance with the quotation cost estimate, and the price of materials (excluding purchase costs) and equipment may not exceed the average values of the previous quarter’s ‘SEKOCENBUD’. At the request of the person conducting the proceedings, the Contractor is obliged to present invoices for the purchased materials. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a quality guarantee for the works being the subject of the contract for a period of 60 months, counting from the day following the date of the protocol acceptance without reservations of the entire subject of the contract, carried out under the conditions specified in the Specifications of the Terms and Conditions of the Contract.
