Construction of a new office and administrative building in 66113 Saarbrücken, Europaallee 11 as a special 6-7-floor building in class 5 (§2 LBO) in solid construction with masonry and reinforced concrete walls. Individual and strip foundations according to static calculation.

Form of ventilation units.
The building consists of 7 floors housing the following areas:
— UG – Partial Celling, Sanitary, Technical and Archive Rooms,

The building will be constructed in accordance with the EnEV 2014.
