1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste generated on the premises of properties inhabited in the Kobylanka Commune and in facilities administered by the Kobylanka Commune in 2026. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into two lots. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of Parts. Part I of the contract covers the provision of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners (approx. 2452 export points), where approx. 6500 inhabitants, and from owners of uninhabited real estate, on which there are cottages or which are used for recreational and leisure purposes (approx. 251 properties) and the collection and transport of waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point of the Municipality of Kobylanka, hereinafter referred to as ‘GPZO’ (the Municipal Waste Collection Point of the Municipality of Kobylanka). The contractor will transfer all municipal waste collected from the Kobylanka Commune (mixed municipal waste, separately collected waste, waste from PSZOK) to a regional municipal waste treatment facility, i.e. to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, Nowogard Commune (hereinafter ‘RZGO’), which is run by the Specialised Association of Municipalities R-XXI (CZG R-XXI) in Nowogard. Part II of the contract covers the provision of services for the collection and transport of mixed municipal waste and waste collected selectively from the building of the Kobylanka Commune Office and from municipal facilities located in the Kobylanka Commune. The contractor will transfer all collected municipal waste (mixed municipal waste, separately collected) to a regional municipal waste treatment facility, i.e. to the Regional Waste Management Plant in Słajsin, Nowogard Municipality (hereinafter referred to as ‘RZGO’), which is run by the Regional Association of Municipalities R-XXI (CZG R-XXI) in Nowogard.
