Description

Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt im Sendezentrum 1 des ZDF die Prüfung und Instandsetzung der Brand- und Rauchschutzklappen. Es sind ca. 3 000 BSK und ca. 200 RSK installiert, welche einer jährlichen Prüfung zu unterziehen sind. Von diesen BSK sind ca. 740 Stück ohne Prüfzeichen und ohne Dichtung installiert, ca. 1 300 BSK sind mit asbesthaltiger Dichtung und/oder asbesthaltigem Klappenblatt verbaut. Zum SZ 1 gehören folgende Gebäude: — Hochhaus, — Haustechnikgebäude, — Kasinogebäude, — Werkstattgebäude, — AÜ-Gebäude, — Kfz-Gebäude, — Sendebetriebsgebäude mit Studio N und Fernsehgartengebäude, — Redaktionsgebäude. Die Elektro-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik für o. g. Anlage ist nicht Gegenstand des Vertrags. Kleinere Umbauarbeiten an den Lüftungsanlagen können über Einzelaufträge vom AG zum Material- und Stundennachweis nach separat vorliegendem Angebot, beauftragt werden.
