Description

Für das Jobcenter in Weißenfels wird eine neue Liegenschaft benötigt. Künftig sollen die verschiedenen im Stadtgebiet vorhandenen Standorte am Niemöllerplatz zentralisiert werden.
Zusätzlich wird eine gemeinsam vom Jobcenter, dem Burgenlandkreis und von der Stadt Weißenfels betreute Beratungsstelle für jugendliche Jobsuchende eingerichtet.
Das Bestandsgebäude der alten Sparkasse in Weißenfels steht unter Denkmalschutz und wird für die neue Aufgabe umfangreich umgebaut und saniert. Ein Teil der Nebengebäude und der historischen Schalterhalle werden dafür abgebrochen.
Die vorhandenen Baulücken entlang der Friedrichsstraße und der Saalstraße werden mit Neubauten geschlossen um das gesamte Raumprogramm unterzubringen.
Die Umsetzung der Gesamtmaßnahme ist in verschiedene Lose unterteilt.
