Description

1. The subject of the contract is: 1) with regard to part No 1 - provision of maintenance services for air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation and smoke absorber equipment and installations, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’, in the following facilities of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Warsaw: - main building at ul. Stefan Batory 5; -building at ul. Rakowiecka 2A (Bureau of Passes); - building at ul. Rakowiecka 2A (d. Casino); - building at ul. Domaniewska 36/38; - buildings at ul. Pawińskiego 17/21 (Leipzig I, Leipzig II, EMC Hall, LDK, Pass Office); - building at ul. Zawrat 20, - building at al. Szucha 2/4; 2) with regard to part no. 2 - provision of maintenance services for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation equipment and installations, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", in the server room located at the MSWiA facility in Warsaw at ul. Pawińskiego 17/21 (EMC hall). 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) continuous maintenance of the technical performance of the equipment, in accordance with the guidelines contained in the instructions of the manufacturer of the equipment concerned, and periodic maintenance inspections, referred to as ‘maintenance services’; 2) removing failures, performing repairs, replacing damaged components and parts and removing damage caused during the operation of equipment, called "removal of failures". 3. The requirements for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the draft Contract (Annex 1a to the FTZ for Lot 1 and Annex 1b to the FTZ for Lot 2), including the Description of the subject-matter of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as ‘OPZ’ (Annex 1 to the draft Contract). 4. The subject-matter of the contract consists of the basic (guaranteed) scope and the scope of the right of option and renewal. 5. The basic (guaranteed) scope of the subject-matter of the contract includes the provision of maintenance services and the removal of failures within the period referred to in § 3 sec. 1 of the draft agreement. 6. The scope of the subject of the contract covered by the option right and renewal, as well as the rules for activating the option and renewal, are regulated in § 2 of the draft Agreement.
