The subject of the contract is structural design services in accordance with § 49 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 1 to 6, in the case of gradual commissioning. The new building of the hoard on the grounds of the primary and secondary school Zusmarshausen should be built in wood / wood hybrid construction and offer space for 150 children in 6 groups. The total space program provides about 817sqm of space. In addition to the 817sqm mentioned above, the following areas/rooms must also be considered in the building: Cloakroom area for all children, sanitary facilities for children and staff, barrier-free sanitary area, utility room with cleaning room and building services. The building will have 2 to 3 floors. The new building, including all entrances, exits and bypasses, must be designed barrier-free.
