Description

La consultation est divisée en quatre lots.
Le marché a pour objet:
— l'entretien des caissons et bouches des ventilations mécaniques contrôlées (P2) avec garantie totale (P3);
— le maintien en parfait état des robinetteries du patrimoine (P2).
Le marché prend effet et s'exécute à compter du 1.3.2021 ou à la date de la réception de la notification par le titulaire. La plus tardive des deux dates sera prise en compte. Date d'échéance du marché: 31.12.2023. Le marché est conclu à prix global forfaitaire ferme et définitif dans les conditions des articles R. 2112-6 à R. 2112-14 du code de la commande publique. Il n'est pas prévu de révision ou d'actualisation des prix.
