Description

The state of Lower Saxony has decided on a special fund for catching up on investments through energy renovation and infrastructure renovation of state assets as well as for housing refugees in state-owned buildings (renovation roadmap 2035 - SFP 2025). Part of this is the energetic and infrastructural upgrading of state-owned buildings and properties. The current state government aims for climate neutrality of the state administration by 2035. According to the "worst first" principle, buildings were pre-selected and prepared for these refurbishment rough concepts after a corresponding evaluation of the property stock. After examining these concepts, implementation clusters were formed for individual measures for which individual planning and construction contracts were issued.
