Description

Poskytované služby budou zahrnovat mj. následující činnosti: (i) prověření realizovatelnosti záměru Zadavatele na základě dokumentů zpracovaných Projektantem, (ii) přípravu základních řídících dokumentů výstavby, (iii) podporu při přípravě zadávacích podmínek a administraci zadávacího řízení na výběr zhotovitele Díla dle FIDIC RED BOOK, (iv) poskytování služeb správce stavby v průběhu celého procesu výstavby - tj. zajištění stavebního řízení, kontroly a dozoru nad průběhem výstavby, dozoru nad průběhem zkušebního provozu apod. a (v) poskytování součinnosti v záruční době Díla.
