Germany-Frankfurt-on-Main: Construction work
The construction works will take place in the current operation at Frankfurt am Main airport on the ceiling of the departure level of Terminal 1 between the way bridge at the departure level and the terminal building. The site is divided into 8 different entrance areas of the A-C departure halls.
The transitional structure between the pavement surface of building 200 and the access bridge and the sealing of the ceiling structure in the range of the external pavement area in front of halls A, B and C are leaking. As a result, water enters the premises underneath, which are partly rented out.
The aim is to renew the sealing plane and the entire pavement structure of the departure level between the building façade and the way bridge. During the renewal of the waterproofing, the crossing structure between the building and the access bridge, the building joints in the area of the pavement, as well as the passageway.
