Description

Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi dostawa odczynników chemicznych dla potrzeb Pracowni Patomorfologii.
Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych. Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi 8 zadań.
Zamawiający wymaga aby oferowany przedmiot zamówienia spełniał następujące warunki:
a) na każdym pojedynczym opakowaniu musi znajdować się nazwa odczynnika, data ważności oraz nr serii.
Wykonawca zapewnia, iż oferowany asortyment posiada aktualne pozwolenie na dopuszczenie do obrotu na rynku polskim (certyfikaty, atesty, deklaracje zgodności).
