Description

les prestations attendues consistent en assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour le pilotage du service ou de projets de gestion dynamiques et d'ingénierie de trafic (études, mesures). Elles visent à assister le maître d'ouvrage dans le pilotage de ses activités (AMO organisationnelle) comme dans le pilotage de projets spécifiques, notamment en matière de gestion dynamique du trafic. Dans ce cadre, un rôle d'animation et de production sera confié au titulaire. Des prestations d'ingénierie du trafic couvrant les champs du diagnostic trafic, ainsi que de la proposition, de la mise en oeuvre et de l'évaluation de solutions sont également prévues dans le présent accord-cadre.les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots
