Description

The Sehusa Wasserwelt is to be extensively renovated in the next few years, as some plant and building parts still date back to the construction year 1974. The refurbishment is to be carried out in four steps or parts. Meanwhile, the operation of the water world should be possible at least in part. In addition to concrete refurbishment, the planning scope includes the entire water treatment technology area, lighting concept, energy refurbishment (photovoltaics, heat recovery, ventilation systems, etc.) as well as the change of the building architecture and change of the outdoor facilities (outdoor pools, terraces, etc.). For this purpose, the following general planning services must be provided: - Planning of buildings/interior spaces in accordance with § 34 HOAI, LPH 1-9 - Planning of open-air facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI, LPH 1-9 - Planning of structural structures in accordance with § 51 HOAI, LPH 1-6 - Planning of technical equipment AG 1-8 in accordance with § 55 HOAI, LPH 1-9 as well as special services in accordance with Annexes 10, 11, 14 and 15 HOAI
