Description

Contract of the service of design of forms and technical support to the Information System of Attention to the Citizenship (SIAC) of the Generalitat, which includes special conditions of execution of social character. Actions planned to be carried out by the contractor during the contract implementation phase: - Design, update and control of the management of forms (high new by full design of a form, substantial modification, formal modification and replacement). - Publication in SIAC of basic information on calls for public employment with the aim of informing citizens. - Support and technical support tasks. The successful tenderer must ensure that the procedures, models and forms it prepares and which involve the processing of personal data comply with current data protection regulations, incorporating basic information (first layer) and access to additional information (second layer), in accordance with the guidelines of the body responsible for processing.
