Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase of a heavy rescue and firefighting car with equipment for the TSO in Kownacisky. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, it is necessary to deliver a built-in and equipped, brand new (year of production 2024 or 2025) heavy special rescue and firefighting car with a 4x4 drive system, with minimum technical and usage parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ. The vehicle must be technically efficient, safe, complete, ready to work and meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles. The execution of the subject of the contract and putting into service must comply with all legal acts relevant to the subject of the contract and the applicable standards for this type of vehicle. The subject of the contract must meet the following requirements: • correspond to all the characteristics set out in the tender specifications. • be new and comply with applicable standards. • have equipment and a set of technical and operational documentation. The vehicle must have at the latest on the date of technical and quality acceptance a valid certificate of release for use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products to ensure public safety or protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the release for use of these products (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2007, No 143, item 1002 as amended).
