Description

The purpose of this contract will be to organise and carry out training courses for the groups of participants selected by the Contracting Authority.
Procurement includes:
— implementation of Training No 1: “Coaching as a tool to activate social assistance customers”. The contractor will train 1 training group up to 16 people, 1 group x 2 modules x 16 training hours (1 module = 2 training days = 16 training hours), i.e. a total of 32 training hours. The training will take place between September and October 2015.
— implementation of Training No 2: “Incentive training and burnout prevention for social workers”. The contractor will train 2 training groups up to 16 people per group, with a size of 2 groups x 1 module x 16 hours of training (1 module = 2 days = 16 training hours), i.e. a total of 32 training hours.The training will take place between September and October 2015.
— update the training materials developed under the basic contract and print/multiplier them in number corresponding to the number of participants admitted to the training,
— provision of a training room,
— provision of catering during training,
— provision of accommodation for each participant.
