1.The subject of the order is the delivery of monthly tickets for children and youth from the area of the Trzebnica Commune, for school transports organized by the Contractor in the school year 2025/2026. 2.The estimated number of monthly tickets, the delivery of which is the subject of the contract is 775/m-c, i.e. 7750 throughout the entire period of the contract. The Contracting Authority informs that this volume has been developed on the basis of forecasts, and it is used only to compare tenders, and the actual number of tickets will change many times during the performance of the contract, to which the Contractor agrees when submitting a tender in this procedure. The change in the number of tickets may not be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor.
