Description

Vergeben werden sollen im Rahmen des Projektes MOONRISE-FM mittels Verhandlungsverfahren mit vorgesachalteten Teilnahmewettbewerb die Dienstleistung zum Transport einer vom Laser Zentrum Hannover e.V. (LZH) in Kooperation mit der Technischen Universität Berlin (TUB) entwickelten Nutzlast/Payload - hier ein Instrument für die Erprobung des mobilen selektiven Laserschmelzens von Mondstaub (Regolith) - zur Mondoberfläche (Mondflug) sowie die Bereitstellung und der Betrieb der erforderlichen technischen Infrastruktur für die Durchführung der Experimente mit der Nutzlast auf dem Mond (z.B. Landeeinheit mit Roboterarm oder Rover) und die Übermittlung der Steuerkommandos sowie der gewonnenen experimentellen Daten durch den Auftragnehmer (AN) zum Auftraggeber (AG) per Datenlink Mond-Erde. Dabei beinhaltet der Transport zum Mond auch die im Vorfeld auf der Erde notwendigen Aktivitäten zur Integration der Nutzlast in die Landeeinheit / den Rover und die Verifikationstests auf Systemebene (Landeeinheit / Rover mit integrierter Nutzlast).
