Description

The consultation is divided into 6 lots. Each lot shall be the subject of a framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator by issuing order forms, with no minimum or maximum. . The contract shall take effect and be executed from the later of the 2 dates: 1 July 2017 or the date of receipt of the notification by the holder. Duration: one year’s renewal: The contract may be renewed TOIS once for a period of one year. The renewal provided for in the contract is tacit and the contractor may not object to it. The contracting authority shall take a decision in writing not to renew the contract at least three months before the due date. The contract is concluded at single prices. There is no provision for price revision over the duration of the contract.
