Description

The city of Verl intends to extend the construction of the municipal grammar school with a view to converting it from an eight-year to a nine-year regular schooling period (G9). The 4-storey and 5-storey school with currently about 1,200 pupils is to be supplemented by further classrooms, differentiation rooms and specialist rooms, common rooms for the teacher area and the upper school as well as sanitary facilities. Overall, the school is to be expanded by a net usable area of approx. 800 - 900 m2 and, if necessary, restructured in sub-areas.The construction costs (KG 300) will then amount to approximately EUR 4,870,000 gross and the technical building equipment (KG 400) to approximately EUR 1,250,000. The subject of the contract to be awarded is the services of the technical planning technical equipment within the meaning of § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15.1, performance phases 1-9 for the plant groups sewage, water and gas plants, heat supply plants, air-conditioning systems and building automation (HLS+GA).
