Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the construction of an automatic washing plant in the design system, together with the necessary equipment and associated infrastructure in Wrocław. The washing plant will be equipped with a rainwater collection system to be used in the technological process.
2. The procurement procedure is conducted on the basis of an open tender procedure on the basis of the Public Procurement Act of 29.1.2004 (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1579, as amended), hereinafter referred to as ‘the PPL Act’.
