Framework agreement - Condition evaluations Building (NS 3424:2012)
Kristiansand municipality needs to enter into a framework agreement for condition analyses of buildings in accordance with NS3424 (2012). Parallel framework agreements will be signed with up to 3 tenderers. Other associated entities that are also included in the contract: - Kristiansand Church Council (Orgnr: 876 992 612) - Kilden Teater og Konserthus IKS (Orgnr: 986 471 839) The condition analyses shall form a basis for planning investments and maintenance of the buildings. The analyses can be at all levels in "Table 1- Analysis Level" in accordance with NS 3424:2012. NS 3451 Building parts table shall be used when registering building parts. For call-offs after hours, NS 8402;2010 applies. HVAC AND SANITATION - Consultant engineer electro RIBr - Consultant engineer for fire Resource with competence in universal design in accordance with TEK 17. Each call-off on the agreement will clarify the level of condition analyses, with the accompanying description of the works. Call-offs will have different complexity, and relevant disciplines will be adapted to each individual assignment. It will be the tenderer ́s task to facilitate the different professional resources and compile the report for the contracting authority, as well as other work that naturally belongs.
