Jedná se o veřejnou zakázku na služby. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění komplexního vzdělávání pro zaměstnance společností, které jsou členy Regionální hospodářské komory Brno. V rámci projektu dojde ke zhruba 3612 účastem na vzdělávacích kurzech zaměstnanci členských firem, přičemž velká část těchto osob bude tvořena zaměstnanci strojírenských a výrobních firem.
