Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The consultation shall cover all the sites of the Community concerning the following supplies and services: Maintenance of access control system solutions Supply of locksmithing equipment and system for closing doors, barriers, etc. associated with the access control solution put in place and its evolution. Installation and wiring work associated with central units and PLCs, Installation, wiring and joinery work associated with the adaptation of doors for the implementation of access control, Implementation and extension of existing access control solutions on all sites of the Community. Production of identification media (magnetic cards), Training of Community staff, Maintenance and monitoring of the products used, Technical documentation of the installation, tests and recipes. Procedures for consulting the market: Direction de la commande publique, Palazzu di a Cullettività di Corsica, roundabout of Maréchal Leclerc, 20405 Bastia cedex 9 or Direction de la Commande Publique, Palazzu di a Cullettività di Corsica 22, cours Grandval, BP 215 - 20187 Aiacciu cedex 1, Tel: 04 95 55 57 85 / 04 95 29 80 30, e-mail: dap@isula.corsica. The consultation procedures will be carried out in compliance with the protected secrets of the law. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year. The framework agreement shall be concluded on receipt of the first order form. The framework agreement shall be tacitly renewed until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period shall be 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, for all periods combined, is 1 year and 36 months. Lot 1: maximum of 800 000 HT for all periods combined
