Description

Für das mobile Messeequipment der Hauptverwaltung der VBG in Hamburg und den 11 VBG-Bezirksverwaltungen in Deutschland wird zentral von einem Lieferanten/Dienstleister das Management, deutschlandweit, durchgeführt. Das Management umfasst:
- die Produktion/Lieferung von Grafiken für mobile Messesysteme
- die Beschaffung/Lieferung von neuem Equipment
- die Logistik, Lagerung und den Versand/Transport des Equipments
- die Prüfung, Wartung und Instandsetzung defekter Bestandteile des Equipments
- die Meldung defekter Bestandteile und die Entsorgung ausgemusterten Equipments
Der Vertrag beginn am 01.11.2023 für 24 Monate. Eine zweimalige Verlängerung ist bis längstens zum 31.10.2027 möglich.
