Description

Sistem care continuă și extinde actualul sistem de automatizare fluxuri de lucru digitale aflat în dezvoltare, interfatare cu Ghiseu Unic virtual de formulare online si automatizare a preluarii de facturi, împreună cu serviciile de instalare, configurare, dezvoltare și suport aferente pentru Primaria Timisoara, în conformitate cu cerințele documentaţiei de atribuire.
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare /informatii suplimentare, in a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, in conditiile in care solicitarile se vor adresa cu cel putin 22 zile înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Clarificarile depuse dupa acest termen nu vor mai fi luate in considerare.
