Description

The City of Espoo (hereinafter also ‘the Tiger’) is seeking an offer for a customer feedback service, which is commissioned to the branches of the city’s various branches of activity, depending on the need.
The measurement of the customer feedback is carried out by means of a device placed in the customer space, which allows the customer to answer a customer service question by pressing a button that can be easily interpreted. The service includes equipment, maintenance services and regular and clear reporting. A more detailed description of the service is given in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender.
The City of Espoo cannot commit to certain amounts during the contract period.
A single contractor will be selected on the basis of a competitive tendering procedure and a substitute supplier will also be selected. An actual contract may be awarded to an alternate supplier if, at the beginning of the contract period, the contractor does not meet the terms and conditions of the invitation to tender or if the contractor does not meet those conditions and conditions during the contract period.
