The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 530 – ‘Law on Forests’), covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as incidental forest use, tourist development, maintenance of forest roads and forestry offices to be carried out in the Rymanów Forest District in 2025. The detailed scope of work is included in the procurement documents (SWZ and annexes). Planned start and end date of the contract: 02/01/2025 – 31/12/2025. The Terms of Reference (T&C) are procurement documents. The list of declarations and personal means of proof submitted by the Contractors in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion from the procedure and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure will be included in the CVT. 3.
