Przedmiotem postępowania jest udzielenie zamówienia na opracowanie i wykonanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej robót budowlanych obejmujących remont wraz z termomodernizacją i przyłączeniem do sieci ciepłowniczej P.K. Therma Sp. z o.o. budynku przy ul. Jana Sobieskiego 35 w Bielsku-Białej wraz z uzyskaniem wymaganych przepisami uzgodnień, opinii i pozwoleń, która będzie stanowić opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w rozumieniu art. 103 ust. 1 ustawy – Prawo zamówień publicznych, w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia na wykonanie robót remontowych i instalacyjnych, w tym również zamówień finansowanych ze środków zewnętrznych, w szczególności z funduszy Unii Europejskiej
