This operation concerns services with a view to awarding training contracts to issue electrical clearances to staff of the North Department, divided into 3 lots:
Lot 1: Novads of Lille;
Lot 2: The novads of Dunkerque;
Lot 3: Arrondissements of Avesnes, Cambrai, Douai and Valenciennes.
These are contracts with order forms pursuant to Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code. They will be carried out as order forms are issued without negotiation or reopening of competition.
The amounts for each lot are fixed at:
Lot 1: district of Lille:
— minimum amount for the duration of the contract: EUR 22 500 EXCLUDING TAX,
— maximum amount for the duration of the contract: EUR 67 000 EXCLUDING TAX.
Lot 2: District of Dunkirk
— minimum amount for the duration of the contract: EUR 11 000 EXCLUDING TAX,
— maximum amount for the duration of the contract: EUR 33 500 EXCLUDING TAX.
Lot 3: Arrondissements of Avesnes, Cambrai, Douai and Valenciennes
