Description

Het selecteren van één leverancier die kan voorzien in het leveren en beheren van multifunctionals, inclusief bijbehorende software, onderhoud en diensten op alle locaties van Kentalis. 1. Het voorzien van ongeveer 250 multifunctionals op basis van huur voor printen, scannen en kopiëren; 2. Het leveren van een print- en scanmanagementoplossing aangeboden als SaaS voor de in gebruik zijnde apparatuur; 3. Het verzorgen van onderhoud en verhelpen van storingen; 4. Het leveren van alle bijbehorende verbruiksmaterialen, met uitzondering van afdrukmedia. 5. Het uitvoeren van een analyse van de huidige print- en scanomgeving en het gebruik van de multifunctionals binnen Kentalis, inclusief inventarisatie van aantallen, plaatsing, gebruiksvolumes en functionaliteiten. Op basis van deze analyse stelt opdrachtnemer een optimalisatievoorstel op gericht op een efficiëntere inrichting van de printomgeving, waaronder o.a. een reductie van het aantal multifunctionals, verbeterde positionering en passend gebruik per locatie.
